Summer is nearly here and it’s my favourite time of the year, for heading outdoors for weekend adventures..

Treat your dog like a queen just like I do Sophia (my Boston terrier) a special collar, lead and bed is all they need.

Head outdoors for picnics, take your dog for a walk all you need is a picnic blanket, a bag or basket, and some snacks, and a signature (easy to make) cocktail.

Here’s my go to summer cocktail

Summer breeze! Here’s my favourite easy to make at home cocktail:

• Ice
• 40ml (brookies) Gin
• fresh lime juice
• Ginger beer

Add ice gin and lime juice and fill the glass with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge!

A super fresh and easy to make summer cocktail cheers 🙂
