Sydney AW11 markets tonight & tomorrow!

We have an amazing weekend ahead of us as we launch our Autumn/Winter 2011 markets tonight at CarriageWorks! The markets are free entry and include a bar, food, live music and over 65 amazing designers & artists over the beautiful CarriageWorks foyer!

The markets kick off tonight at 6pm and run until 10pm and then we are back again tomorrow at 10am until 5pm. Getting there is easy, check out the map & a list of transport options here. Parking is not available onsite at CarriageWorks and is limited in the surrounding areas so we suggest you take a bus, train, bike or taxi!

will be at Finders Keepers with our infamous chalk boards, asking market goers to ponder the question: What are 3things I can do to help change the world? To help celebrate the end of Fair Trade Fortnight, 3things will also be selling our own beautiful fair trade handicrafts from the Oxfam Shop. Swing by, say hello & join the thousands of others who have shared their 3things!

Eveleigh Growers Markets – Saturday only
Come down early to CarriageWorks and check out the Eveleigh Growers Markets outside from 8am – 1pm. There is plenty of amazing fresh food, coffee and breakfast treats, as well as plants and flowers.

Frankie Magazine Stall
Come down to the frankie store and purchase your very own beautiful art print for $20. Artists to choose from include Catherine Campbell, Beci Orpin, Luke Chiswell and Amy Borrell. All poster profits will be donated to the Red Cross Appeal to help people in the floods, Japan and Christchurch.

Paper Convention Collective:
Paper is reaching new artistic heights. Dedicated to the documentation of paper expressionism, The Paper Convention Collective will interact people with paper. People will be able to experience the joys of re-discovering and exploring paper, with the sharing of ideas and community spirit.
