Finders Keepers Sydney May 7-9 think extra comfortable lounge and the best printed styles out there!

What are you looking forward to most on your return to Finders Keepers?

I‘m honestly just so excited to come back and see everyone in the amazing community! In person markets have always been my favourite aspect of the business, but after a year working predominantly solo it feels even more special to see all the other incredible creatives and customers. Seeing everyone face to face is always such an inspiration!

What can shoppers expect from your stall?

Yes! I’ll be bringing along a sweet new extra comfortable lounge range along with me for it’s first time at the markets, as well as unveiling the official Bilboa Bespoke custom ordering range to pick and choose your favourite fabrics and prints from.

What do you love about Sydney and what other Makers are you looking forward to visiting at Finders Keepers?

Sweet sunny Sydney! I’m a city gal at heart, so really love any chance to get out of Byron! In particular love the Barangaroo/Rocks area as I used to work at Sydney Theatre Company around the corner from the markets, so the area has always had a special place in my heart. Being able to come back for the Finders Keepers and getting to walk through all the beautiful surrounding streets and overlooking the water is so wonderful.

Can’t wait to visit Juno & Ace again, because everyone needs at least one (or four!) of Sacha’s amazing brass creations in their house. Also been watching daily and drooling over all of Voluptuary Ceramics mesmerising ceramic videos, so super excited to go and see what Emma’s been making for the markets!

Can you share your top top tips on perfecting your seasonal wardrobe?

My go to for creating a wardrobe for all occasions are fun statement pieces that only need a simple outfit to finish it off, mixed with layers and accessories.

Spend time trying on and putting outfits together, so you have a catalogue ready for those mornings you’re running late and have a cute outfit on hand to instantly brighten you day!

This also lets you see what pieces you might be missing, so you can then spend time looking for the perfect skirt to tie all those cute tops together, or a great vintage jacket that goes with everything.

Why is it important for you to be creative?

Creativity feels intrinsically tied to my mental and emotional health, an absolute necessity and driving force behind most of what I do each day.

I can’t imagine a world without creativity! Creativity feels intrinsically tied to my mental and emotional health, an absolute necessity and driving force behind most of what I do each day. Having an outlet where you have tangible evidence of your time and energy feels incredible and being able to turn something in your mind into a reality feels like real life magic!
