Low sensory hour: Sunday 9am–10am
This year we have introduced a low sensory hour on Sunday from 9am - 10am at our markets. During this time, the ambience will be carefully adjusted to accommodate individuals who may benefit from reduced sensory stimulation. We’ll limit lights onsite, keep music volume low or off and restrict patron capacity to allow shoppers more space. Before we open the doors to the general public at 10am, an announcement will be made, and those inside can remain in the venue and continue shopping if they wish.
Tickets for low sensory hour, which includes your general admission, can be purchased on our ticketing page.
Carers and companions:
Carers and companions are given free entry to the markets. Please show your identification to the ticket desk staff.
Seating:
There are lots of seating areas throughout the venue, including lounge chairs, benches (no backs), stools and dining chairs (with backs), and in our dedicated Parents Lounge area too. Visitors are encouraged to sit and take a break whenever they need, and we have ample seating in our food and drink area, too.
Parents' facilities:
There are designated baby change facilities within the venue.
Water:
There are two water refill stations in the venue, so please remember to bring your reusable water bottle. The bars also offer free water, and you can buy water from food vendors.
The Finders Keepers acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of country across Australia, and their connections to community, land and sea. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today and everyday.
