Sydney SS24 Indigenous Program Recipient: She Made

Introducing our SS24 Sydney Design Market Indigenous Program recipient, She Made!

Behind the female empowerment brand is Renee Ellison, passionate about inspiring us to live a life of intention and alignment with our values.

Come and meet Renee and check out her grounding range of products at the Sydney Design Market, 15-17 November at Carriageworks.

What inspired you to start She Made?

She Made started during lockdown; I was supporting women through life coaching and there began my love for creating ritual and self care products.

Why do you think it’s important women prioritise themselves using rituals and self care?

As women, we wear many hats. I myself, work full time, have a business, have four active children and run a household. If I am not showing up as my best self everyday, I can’t be the best wife, mother and friend. So prioritising some ‘me time’ for self care and rituals is number one for me.

“It’s not selfish to look after yourself, WE NEED IT to be the best versions of ourselves.”

What can visitors expect from your stall at The Finders Keepers?

At my stall you will be able to hear my story (I love chatting), pull an affirmation card for yourself or your kids and learn the importance of self care. I am a bubbly person and love connecting with people.

Who are you looking forward to meeting at the market?

I love meeting new people and learning about their businesses. I am excited to meet and make friends with the vendors around me. We can learn so much from each other and it’s important to connect and collaborate where you can.
