Melbourne AW15 Food and Drink Line-Up

Here is our mouth watering Food and Drink Line-Up for the Finders Keepers Melbourne AW15 market!  The adorable folk from The Beaufort Bar are back and will be serving up delicious beverages, there will be multiple coffee stations from Allpress and of course the fantastic offering of Food Trucks and Stalls who will have a plethora of tasty delights.  We are getting hungry just thinking about it!

You can find these food offerings, along side our art and design stalls, vintage emporium and live music and more at our Melbourne AW15 market.  We will be back on the 17th, 18th and 19th July at the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton.  Check out the great line-up of food stalls below.

Allpress is a Melbourne and Sydney based coffee roaster providing fresh, high quality coffee.  Our speciality Arabica beans are of the highest variety sourced from all around the world, blended together and roasted using hot air roasting technology.  This method roasts beans evenly in a stream of hot air with no risk of scorching or tainting and produces cleaner, sweeter tasting coffee every time.

Beaufort Bar
Beaufort Bar, a Carlton classic on Rathdown Street, is an American Style Diner/ Dive Bar with a nautical twist.  The Beaufort crew will be bringing their love for flowing drinks to our event with some very special pop up bars for you to enjoy.  Grab your alcoholic fix from the bar, including beer from Stone & Wood, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the market!

Ghost Kitchen – Taiwanese Street Food
Ghost Kitchen will be serving up their delicious Taiwanese treats, including salt n pepper popcorn chicken and spring onion pancakes, and its famous gua bao.  The gua boa features a piece of fluffy, steamed bread encasing slow-braised pork belly that’s topped with ground peanuts, sweet chilli paste and coriander.  Try a couple for yourself, you’ll be sure to want more!

Vietnamese Hawker Kitchen – The taste of Vietnamese Street Food by brother and sister Ken Dao and Kathy Dao who felt very lucky to grow up in Hanoi- the capital city of Vietnam.  From the passion and love of cooking combined with their rich heritage, they want to bring the taste of Vietnamese street foods to Melbourne foodie lovers.

Pappa Pita
You can’t visit Greece and go past the most popular food “souvlaki” and “loukoumades” also known as Greek honey balls or donuts.  Traditionally served with cinnamon and honey syrup a mouth watering favorite for centuries.  Pappa Pita bring a taste of Greece to the streets of Melbourne with fresh made on the spot loukoumades and greek pites.

Round The Way Bagels
From Brooklyn To Melbourne City.  Round the Way offers high quality, cooked to order products based around the traditional boiled bagel.  Our acclaimed Saganaki Bagel, or Cevapi Beef Bagel burger fuse other influences to create a fresh and innovative product unique to Round the Way.

The Brûlée Cart
Torching the streets of Melbourne since 2013.  Crème Brûlée in rotating, seasonal flavours.

Charlie’s Cookies is a Melbourne based boutique manufacturer of gourmet treats.  As well as stocking all of your cookie favourites, Charlie’s has recently taken the quintessentially Australian melting moment and turned it into a trend setting range of 7 different mini flavours.

Cunliffe & Waters
Based in the Yarra Valley, Cunliffe & Waters hand make their products in very small batches to preserve the flavour of the best fruit available.

Eat The Chicken

Sin-kō-nah Tonic Syrup
Sin-ko-nah tonic syrup: a bittersweet mixer for the discerning drinker.  Following a recipe formulated in the 1820s, the syrup is infused with cinchona bark – the natural source of quinine – imparting a uniquely bitter flavour and distinctive colour.
