TONIGHT we launch the Finders Keepers Sydney Autumn / Winter 2015 Market, now over a whopping THREE days in at the Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh!
You can enjoy the market and all it has to offer from 6pm Friday (tonight) until 10pm, continuing on Saturday from 10am until 6pm and for the very first time on SUNDAY from 10am until 4pm. We’re so excited about having an extra day of fantastic delights for you!
With our new Sunday opening times, you can enjoy some Mother’s Day specials and offers just for mum (read more below). Maybe you can attend one of our creative workshops together? As always we’ll have our impressive line-up of independent art and design stalls, tasty food trucks, treats from our artisan food stalls and sweet tunes from our much-loved live music stage.

Since 2009 Made590 has been a regular stall holder of The Finders Keepers Market and this May we will be bringing all our wonderful, weird, colourful and fun things for you see! Made590 is situated in Newtown, known for our collections of giftware and Australian made clothing. We have worked on a special range of clothing which we will be releasing exclusively at the Sydney AW15 market this May. Expect to see perfect 100% merino wool cardigans, bright patterns with prints in tops, dresses, skirts and coats will also be hanging on the racks! On our tables we will have lots of our stand-out homewares, stationary and gifts. To find us just look out for our rabbit mannequin, who is always a big hit.

Frankie
Visit the frankie magazine stall and you’ll find stacks of frankie issue 65, Smith Journal Volume 14, their multipurpose gift paper book and the latest addition to their growing brood, A Little Bit Crafty. There’ll also be cookbooks, coin purses and vintage-inspired headbands and pillowcases, plus plenty more lovely knick-knacks to nab for yourself or as a thoughtful gift. Oh, and because they think you’re the bee’s knees, if you subscribe or resubscribe to frankie at the stall over the weekend, you’ll receive a goodie bag jam-packed with $80 worth of stuff. Jane Davenport
Jane ‘Danger’ Davenport is a best-selling author, prize-winning artist and beloved online art instructor based in Byron Bay. She also creates wonderful art journals and art supplies! Girls’ faces feature strongly in Davenport’s whimsical work, often with somewhat wistful or melancholy expressions and surrounded by interacting colour. Through her online Art Schools, publications and Escape Artist Retreats, Davenport has enabled tens of thousands of people from all around the world to embrace their innate artistic selves. Catch a glimpse of Jane’s beautiful works at her stall, where she will be showcasing her process through live painting demonstrations. Not to be missed!

Bespoke Letterpress is bringing to the Sydney AW15 market a great big jumbo stall full of letterpress loveliness, which have been hand printed the beautifully old fashioned way on our vintage printing presses. We will have all of our stationery favourites, as well as lots of new goodies just launched – including new foil printed stationery and our brand new collection of double sided gift wrap fresh off the press! As well as gorgeous letterpress stationery for paper loving Mums this Mother’s Day. Make sure you pop by, caress our lovely letterpress and say hi to this bunch of crazy paper nerds!

We’ve got bars by Stone & Wood, there will be coffee from Allpress plus there will be our amazing collection of Food Trucks and Food Stalls. Draw your home with James Gulliver Hancock Sit with illustrator James Gulliver Hancock, author of ‘All the Buildings In Sydney’ and our fabulous AW15 poster artist, to learn how to draw your home and gain a better understanding of the power of illustration to enhance your observation of the world around you.
This workshop includes all art materials ( A4 paper and pencils ) and a signed copy of ‘All the Buildings in Sydney’. Please bring a photograph of your home, or the house you wish to illustrate.
