Le Assembly

LE Assembly is a creative collaboration between a visual artist and an animator: Ashleigh and Kyle.  Our first project is an ongoing series of limited edition t-shirts.  The t-shirt designs are based off art history, philosophy, myth and just stories or concepts that we found really interesting.  The meaning and explanation for each shirt design is found on a card that is folded up inside the sealed shirt package.   LE Assembly is a chance for us to explore areas of illustration, printing, marketing and conceptual design.  We have endless ideas of where the direction of LE Assembly will take us and we are excited with all the future possibilities.

We have created a unique range of one-of-a-kind, handmade, sustainable wearable pieces.  We take old timber floorboards and carefully hand shape them into very unique and individual necklaces.
All of our timber is locally sourced on the South Coast of Sydney from demolition sites and building sites.  When creating the pieces we let the natural texture and pattern of the timber guide us to shape and form each individual piece.  This makes every Furrow different to the next making the Furrow you own the only Furrow of it’s kind!

Charlie Boy

CharlieBoy is a new gender of clothing encouraging freedom for women to express themselves through the way they dress and experiment with tomboy and androgynous style.  All CharlieBoy clothing is Australian designed and made and we plan to keep it that way.  Our pieces are ethically produced in limited editions with finishing touches by the designer.

3things is an initiative of Oxfam Australia, and since 2008 we’ve been challenging the popular perception that young Australians are “all about me”.   Many of us care about others, and the world around us and sometimes we just don’t know where to start when it comes to tackling the big global issues.  3things bridges that gap by providing relevant opportunities and support for young people to get involved in ways that are meaningful to them.  Whether you’ve got 3 minutes, 3 hours or 3 weeks we have something for you.  We’ve already had thousands of people give us their ‘3things they can do to change the world’ so come by and have a chat, check out what’s happening around your city and give us your ‘3things‘ to join the movement for global goodness.
