truth.be.told is a sweet boutique illustration + paper goods collection by Melbourne based designer Jessica Hyde. truth.be.told began based on the belief that there isn’t much that is sweeter than receiving a lovely letter in the post (rather than those pesky bills).
Current products in the collection include greeting cards, art prints, writing sets, gift tags and note sets.
Each item in the truth.be.told range is created by hand combining Jessica’s illustrations, gorgeous papers & sewn elements. The illustrations that form the heart of all the truth.be.told product range are girly and whimsical, inspired by a love of colour, fashion and vintage detailing.
Jessica likes to think that each of the ‘ladies’ or illustrations featured in the collection has a story and an essence of their own. So you can give your loved one a little piece of artwork that is a reflection of them.
When not busy creating sweet paper goods for you, Jessica can be found wandering the streets of Melbourne with her camera in hand, scouring vintage stores for coloured glass (& pretty dresses) or on the odd occasion baking cherry chocolate cupcakes.
