Architectural graduate, Nikita Notowidigdo introduces a new way to use colour pencils. Having spent years using them to complete her sketching and drawings, she turned over a new leaf and used the colour pencils for her very first collection of jewelry. Nikita – her eponymous brainchild – stepped its foot into the world in 2009; introducing a combination of Perspex cubes and colour pencils in a fresh collection of handmade quirky-pieces. Inspired by basic shapes, everyday objects and childhood memories, the collection turns what’s ordinary into a unique range of jewelries.

Nikita’s appearance at Melbourne’s Finders Keepers market will treat you with the 3rd collection: ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR; lego-inspired modular cube pieces presented as necklaces, brooches and earrings. Take them as they are – either as one, two, three or four – or add more cube(s) as you like. Selected pieces from previous collections will also be available in the market – and also available for orders.
