Coming from 5 generations of jewellers, it was inevitable that Vanessa Smiley would go back to her roots after steering in another direction for a short time. As a diamond consultant and jewellery designer, Vanessa decided that her real passion was to make one off, unique pieces. Using a form of decorative art, she has re-invented vintage lockets using postage stamps and early 20th century sheet music.
