Flamboyant Joe
Flamboyant Joe create gorgeous and nostalgic costume jewellery from images rescued from the pages and anonymity of old children’s books. We build other handsome paper goods too - such as envelopes, flower bouquets and magnets. There are no two pieces the same as each item is created by hand with original pages, lovingly. The jewellery is whimsical + cheeky + precious + sometimes innocently sinister.
We love 1920's children's books, fabric donated by darling local Italian women, op shops, petite cupcakes, ginger tea, art of the Masters, Recycling, and the sweet dreams of yesteryear.
