Body Parts Winter Accessories is a collaboration between Gaye Naismith (of Gaye Abandon) and Melanie Hill (of Textile Allsorts). We have been transforming recycled, felted wool jumpers into snug, handmade winter accessories since 2006. Our signature Tubeway Armies Arm Warmers feature unique ‘two-of-a-kind‘ combinations of wool pieces embellished with hand stitching, applique, and repurposed buttons and buckles. The Body Parts range also includes Necklace Scarves each with a one-off combination of eyecatching discs of colour, Midriff Warmers, Childrens Tubeway Armies and Wrist Warmers. Handmade in Melbourne.
Committed to sustainable production, we use second-hand materials wherever possible, source our electricity from 100% wind power, recycle water used in the felting process on the garden and have a 'minimal waste' policy.
