Andrea Smith is a Sydney based illustrator and designer specialising in all forms of illustration including collage, paint and printed work. She creates unique handmade collages that are assembled from her collection of vintage, painted and found papers as well as intricate paper cuts and gocco prints. References to nature and bold, bright colours are a large part of her work. She is constantly being inspired by treasures uncovered in small town op shops and the far corners of her mother’s cupboards.
Andrea’s work has been featured in Curvy, Nylon and Yen and she has collaborated with the Finders Keepers on their ‘Find Me Keep Me’ range as well as their upcoming collection. For the Finders Keepers markets, Andrea will releasing new original work, limited edition archival prints and papercuts.
